Refund policy
Refunds will be issued for any damaged products with proper documentation within 30 days of purchase if product cannot be replaced. If product can be replaced, buyer will pay no additional shipping costs for new item. Proper documentation includes photos time stamped within 24 hours of package receipt, as well as order number.
Custom orders can only be refunded before the point of personalization. At that point, the item is no longer able to be refunded, and the cost of the deposit will be forfeit by customer if order is to be cancelled after the point of personalization. I.e. if a customer were to place an order for a wreath with their name written on an initial to be placed in center of wreath, the order can be refunded up until the point that the client's name is put on the product. After the name is put on the product, the item will no longer be eligible for refund.
